Borne Regatta – Race Report

Poplar out racing for the third weekend in a row. This time at Borne Regatta in Chiswick.

The Op 4+ (Joseph C, Tommy, Dan, Ben, Niamh) won the semi and the final against some strong opposition 🥇

The Op 2x (Joseph C & Nathan) dominated the semi but just lost out in the final, despite a good row.

Joelle and Joseph L represented the club brilliantly in their singles but came up against strong competiton in the heats.

And after Dan had no opposition in his Masters single category we made him race the Open against scullers 30 years younger. He won the semi, and came just short despite a strong performance in the final.

Another good day to be wearing Poplar colours. Proud of everyone representing the club today
