Staines Regatta – Race report

Dan, Ben & Nathan raced at Staines Regatta today as a final practice before the European Masters in Munich next week. Dan & Ben won their doubles event. Ben and Nathan both raced the open singles, each winning the semi to set up an all Poplar final, complete with Poplar umpire Paddy. Ben came away with the win. Nathan & Ben also won the semi in their double but were unlucky not to win the final, and today wasn’t Dan’s day in the single. A decent performance for Poplar today, despite the wind and rain. Bring on Munich next week!
